What we do
We teach practical safety the way it is actually used — rehearsed, not just read. Our programmes are built for a specific group of people entering a specific environment, and they are delivered by professionals who have done the job.

Structured training
Proper programmes with a clear curriculum, knowledge checks, and a recognised standard — not a leaflet or a single talk.

Practised, not just taught
Skills rehearsed hands-on in small groups, so they hold up when they are needed for real.

Delivered by professionals
Facilitators with backgrounds in military service, UK policing, professional security, education, and emergency medicine.
OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME
UK Ready
Every year, more than 400,000 international students arrive in the UK to study. For most it is the opportunity of a lifetime. UK Ready prepares them for the first few weeks — before they know the city, the systems, and how everything works — so they can settle in quickly and enjoy it.
It runs in two phases: an online foundation completed before they fly, and a hands-on practical day in the UK within their first two weeks. It closes with a certificate and a completion report sent home.
10 online modules · 7 hours in person · maximum 16 students · certificate and completion report

Who it is for
Parents and students
What the programme covers, how it runs, and what a student is able to do by the end of it.
Institutions
How UK Ready sits alongside your existing induction, and how to run a pilot cohort with your students.
Education agents
A programme you can offer the families you place, delivered on arrival in the UK.
Built to grow
UK Ready is the first of a family of Bearing programmes. Each one takes the same approach — structured, practical, credentialled preparation — and applies it to a group of people entering an environment they need to be ready for. More will follow.
